1. Return Policy
- Eligibility: You may return products within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with the Brand box/price tag, original packaging, and invoice included.
- Condition: Items that are used, damaged, or missing essential parts will not be eligible for returns.
- Initiating a Return:
- Complete the Refund/Return Request Form on our website.

- Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for eligible returns initiated within the 7-day return period.
2. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product. If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
- Initiating an Exchange:
- Follow the same procedure as for returns by filling out the Refund/Return Request Form or contacting Support@Cliquin.com.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and exchanged.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately via Support@Cliquin.com with supporting photos.
- We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or another suitable method if necessary.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
