Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Listing Management:
    • Manage and create product listings across various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, and other relevant platforms.
    • Ensure that all product listings are fully optimized with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and other essential details.
  • A+ Content Creation:
    • Responsible for creating compelling A+ content for product listings to enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Listing Variations:
    • Create and manage product listing variations such as size, color, and model to provide customers with a comprehensive selection.
  • Product Image Editing:
    • Edit and optimize product images for use on e-commerce platforms to ensure they meet marketplace requirements and showcase products effectively.
  • Data Management & Analysis:
    • Use MS Excel to manage product data efficiently, including performing functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Index Match to analyze and organize large datasets.
  • Keyword Research:
    • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize product listings for better visibility and higher ranking on marketplaces.
  • Buyer Communication:
    • Handle buyer messages and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Order Processing & Dispatch:
    • Oversee order processing and ensure timely dispatch of products, working closely with the fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills:

  • E-Commerce Management:
    • Experience in managing e-commerce operations and workflows.
  • Marketplace Management:
    • Expertise in managing product listings and campaigns on major online marketplaces.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Ability to run targeted campaigns and promotions to increase product visibility and sales on online marketplaces.
  • Product Listing & Posting:
    • Strong knowledge of creating, editing, and posting product listings with a focus on accuracy and optimization.
  • Keyword Research & SEO:
    • Proficiency in conducting keyword research to optimize product listings for better visibility and sales performance.

Experience:

  • E-commerce Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferred).
  • Total Work Experience:
    • At least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
  • Adobe Photoshop:
    • 2 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop for product image editing (preferred).
  • Photo Editing:
    • 2 years of experience in photo editing to ensure images are of the highest quality and meet platform requirements (preferred).
